A 9 week journey into embodied Metta

It reveals itself through attention, presence, and practice.

Love B*mb is a guided nine week immersion into Metta, the practice of loving kindness. It is a space to deepen your relationship with love as a lived experience, one that shapes how you meet yourself, how you relate to others, and how you move through the world.

This journey invites love to become steady, embodied, and woven into daily life.

What this journey supports

Over nine weeks, Love B*mb supports you to:

• build a steady and rooted Metta practice
• soften your relationship with yourself and with others
• stay connected to love during moments of challenge and world suffering
• create a personal Metta ritual you can return to throughout your life

This is a shared practice space for tenderness, courage, and sincerity.

How the journey unfolds

Each week explores a living expression of Metta, beginning with the self and gradually widening outward. The practices are embodied, relational, and grounded in lived experience.

You are guided step by step, with room to listen inward and honor your own rhythm.

What is included

  • Weekly live gatherings

We meet once a week on Zoom to practice together. These gatherings include guided Metta meditation, short teachings, shared reflection, and gentle inquiry in pairs or small groups. The circle offers continuity, warmth, and support.

  • Weekly embodied practices

Each week you receive a sixty to ninety minute pre recorded practice. Sessions may include breathwork, yoga, yin, somatic movement, embodied fitness, guided visual meditation, or yoga nidra. Most practices include a curated Spotify playlist to support the experience.

  • Weekly Love Letters

You receive a simple and nourishing e letter each week with

• guidance
• journal prompts
• micro practices
• research notes
• stories and reflections
• one experiential invitation to bring Metta into daily life

  • Themed guided Metta audios

Short five to ten minute recordings support a daily rhythm of practice. These evolve with each week’s theme so the practice stays alive and responsive.

  • Community connection and support

Optional partner work and group check ins between sessions offer shared presence and gentle accountability throughout the journey.
